He explains that running a business is like riding a roller coaster ;We don’t know when the next dip or climb is. It is beyond doubt as enthralling as well with new challenges, mostly when you are least prepared. However, what Siddharth looks forward to is the aftermath- when you face the challenges and embrace them , as individuals you come out better , stronger and more learned. The sheer gratification of having overcome the challenge is a rewarding feeling. We often aim always for long term goals, however to continue to embolden yourself, keep short term goals achieve them and then reward yourself.
Siddharth’s personal experience suggests we must refrain from keeping expectations from those who are close to you as family or friends. There is a disconnect today within the youth to provide opportunities to those close to you. He thinks it’s got to do a lot with taking each other granted. Mere acquaintances and connections would probably appreciate your work and send opportunities your way for you to shine and grow.
