Khushi’s background

Khushi Joshi is the Founder and CEO of WhyNot Advertising. With a postgraduate degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Sales Management and over 16 years of experience in the advertising industry, Khushi’s journey began in 2012 when she made the bold decision to establish her own independent advertising entity.

Overcoming challenges as a woman entrepreneur, Khushi’s leadership and dedication have resulted in the growth of WhyNot Advertising, now in its 12th year of operation. The agency serves a diverse range of industries, including BFSI, NBFC, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, and more.

The inception

Khushi’s inspiration to start WhyNot Advertising was twofold. Her personal passion for advertising and the desire to create a platform for like-minded individuals to thrive in an environment that champions honesty and integrity in advertising, were the driving forces. Khushi shares,

“The core philosophy of WhyNot is to champion honesty, integrity, and creativity in advertising. It is a place where creativity finds purpose, where innovation aligns with integrity, and where the collective efforts of like-minded individuals drive positive change in the industry.”

An agency like no other

The agency’s success spans various areas, including digital and social media marketing, corporate gifting, integrated content and design, and events and exhibitions.

What sets WhyNot apart is its personal approach to campaigns and understanding the importance of connecting a brand to its consumers with respect to evolving trends and distinguishing it from its competitors.

Challenges faced

“The toughest challenges bring the greatest rewards.”

Initially, Khushi encountered several unique challenges. One of the primary hurdles was staying on top of the rapidly evolving marketing landscape, which demanded constant adaptation to new platforms.
