Vansh Jain, a young and dynamic entrepreneur, has carved an inspiring path to success through a combination of determination, courage, and intellectual curiosity. 

In this exclusive interview with Entrepreneurs Today, Vansh shares his insights on high-income skills, the power of meaningful conversations, and the transformative impact of surrounding oneself with the right people.

Starting early

Coming from a family with a strong entrepreneurial background, where his father, mother, and sister are all successful entrepreneurs, Vansh also ventured into the world of entrepreneurship at a very young age. 

Born into a family of successful entrepreneurs, Vansh Jain embraced the spirit of entrepreneurship at a tender age. At just 18, he founded Learnocation, a startup aimed at providing online educational resources tailored to the International Baccalaureate curriculum. However, Vansh faced challenges due to his limited knowledge in key areas such as online sales, marketing strategy, and course subscription persuasion.

“Overall, I lacked the knowledge and understanding of my clients.”

Undeterred, he recognised the importance of developing his skills in sales, communication, and negotiation. Vansh sought guidance from renowned experts like Tai Lopez, Richard Branson, and Jason Stone, who imparted invaluable knowledge in funnels, copywriting, SEO, Facebook ads, and performance marketing.

Seeking growth and learning opportunities, he entered the field of network marketing, where he sold trading courses, particularly focusing on blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Through this experience, Vansh honed his ability to connect with people, engage in the right conversations, and lead a team. Vansh revealed,

“Within six months, I successfully built a team of 100 members, placing me among the top three individuals in India in the field of network marketing for the company.”

Additionally, Vansh mentioned,

“Later on, foraying into the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain further fueled my interest in the emerging technologies, prompting me to embark on my own journey as a cryptocurrency trader and blockchain enthusiast.”

Diversifying Success

Building upon his early achievements, Vansh ventured into the B2B side of blockchain, establishing Core Capital, a pioneering tech and design agency. Core Capital caters to clients interested in blockchain and Web 3.0 services, offering consulting and project services in the evolving crypto industry. Their expertise includes non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and blockchain implementation.

In 2015, Vansh’s mother and sister founded House of Armuse, and Vansh joined her company in 2020. Embracing technology and automation, Vansh explored ways to optimize processes and streamline operations within the company. This strategic approach proved instrumental in propelling House of Armuse from being a boutique to its current status as a prominent and leading brand in India.

Current ventures

Today, Vansh serves as the Managing Director of House of Armuse, specializing in Indianwear couture with a primary focus on exquisite bridal and fusion pieces, as well as pret wear. The brand’s distinctiveness lies in its emphasis on hand painting, reflecting exceptional craftsmanship.

The brand emphasizes personalization and aims to provide a comfortable and familial experience for customers. With locations in Jaipur and Delhi, House of Armuse caters to discerning customers both offline and online. Vansh envisions expanding the brand further with a retail store in Mumbai by the end of 2023, and subsequently through a franchise model by 2025.

Additionally, Vansh has launched an international luxury fashion brand, Marviza, that prioritizes comfort, sustainability, and style. Each collection is meticulously curated, drawing inspiration from diverse holiday destinations such as Tokyo, Paris, Greece, and Italy. Marviza’s product line encompasses a range of fast-fashion clothing, including gowns, dresses, blazers, and crop tops.

Curious about Vansh’s early motivations, we asked him about his unique approach to personal growth. He shared,

“Early in my life, around the age of 17, I had to make decisions about which colleges to apply to. I had always excelled academically and achieved high grades in school. However, I didn’t want to simply follow the path of studying internationally and spending my money on endeavors that offered limited ROI, like getting a simple job or experiencing incorrect or unhelpful exposure. Instead, I chose to prioritize investing that money into my personal growth, building the right network, and exploring the world through travel. “

In a departure from the conventional path, Vansh decided to pursue a unique approach by immersing himself in hands-on experiences and connecting with influential individuals worldwide. He has been to countries after his graduation such as the UK, Turkey, Albania, and Dubai for networking, attending events, etc., where he actively engaged with professionals running organizations and worked with them. As a result, by the time his friends were finishing their degrees, he had an advantage over them. 

Navigating challenges

Despite facing skepticism due to his young age, Vansh defied expectations and proved his abilities through exceptional performance and tangible results. While managing diverse businesses, he encountered challenges in time management and effective communication across different industries. Nevertheless, his ability to adapt and learn from these obstacles contributed to his remarkable success.

Celebrating feats

Vansh’s accomplishments extend beyond his professional sphere. House of Armuse now serves over 1500-2000 high-net-worth families globally and employs a workforce of more than 500.

The brand has garnered recognition and endorsements from A-list celebrities and influencers such as Kareena Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, and many more. 

In addition to his professional achievements, Vansh has also been successful in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and is extremely intentional in what he does. He ensures that he dedicates ample time to his family and maintains open lines of communication with them, recognizing their invaluable support throughout his journey.

Future plans and lessons learned

Looking ahead, Vansh envisions taking House of Armuse public through an initial public offering (IPO) by 2035. Inspired by renowned investors like Mark Cuban and Ray Dalio, he aims to transition to full-time angel investing and establish an asset management company within the next decade.

Passionate about mentoring and investing in startups, Vansh aspires to guide individuals toward system-driven approaches and automation, while also teaching cash flow dynamics. He aims to serve as a case study for aspiring entrepreneurs and provide financial support and incubation assistance to promising startups.

According to Vansh, ‘Perfection is a crime,’ so he advises against getting caught up in the pursuit of perfection, as it can lead to procrastination and never starting. Vansh believes that providing what you can and taking action is more important than striving for unattainable perfection.
