 “As a tech enthusiast, I had been fascinated by blockchain technology since 2019, and in 2021, I believed that blockchain and NFTs could add real value to millions of people beyond speculative trading. Realizing that around 45 crore Indians use social media platforms daily and creators have a significant impact on the economy, I was inspired to create Fanztar, India’s first platform that allows fans to own a share of their favorite creator’s income, making them active shareholders instead of passive content consumers.” 

During a recent interview with Entrepreneurs Today, Himanshu provided insights into the genesis of his venture, providing us with a deeper understanding of his journey.

Graduating from the prestigious IIT Delhi in 2015, Himanshu started his journey as a core techie building financial tech stack at Delhivery, one of India’s biggest startup success stories. He then went on to lead the India business for an early stage healthcare startup, positively impacting tens of millions of people. His work with state govts, public health authorities, telemedicine, and pharma companies to screen crores of anaemic people across India showcased his dedication to making a difference in people’s lives.
