After that, she fortifies her body with a blend of ginger-haldi skincare shot and her copyrighted Vibhuti massage.

Once she is refreshed, she dives headfirst into her work, which she refers to as “firefighting.” She meets with clients in her Vasant Vihar office and collaborates with her team of creatives and operation experts in Gurgaon. Throughout the day, she pushes the boundaries of what is possible and constantly seeks ways to innovate and grow her business.

In the evenings, Vibhuti indulges in comfort food and spends time with her family. Despite the chaos and whirlwind of activity, she relishes every moment of being an entrepreneur.

Overcoming hurdles

“One of the toughest hurdles in building a business from scratch and growing it to mid-size is managing a limited workforce with multiple responsibilities.”

Another significant obstacle Vibhuti faced was the task of competing with established players in the industry while also maintaining her company’s unique identity. With intense competition in India, imitation can occur rapidly, making it crucial to remain consistent and innovative. Another hurdle she encountered was creating effective systems within the Indian work environment. Additionally, as a female entrepreneur, hiring and managing a team presented an extra challenge. However, Vibhuti overcame this obstacle by prioritizing the recruitment of women over men, resulting in a task force comprised of 70% women.

Despite her achievements, Vibhuti faces the ongoing challenge of balancing her work and personal life. Nevertheless, she makes a concerted effort to take time off and spend quality time with her child. She understands the importance of disconnecting from work to recharge and maintain motivation.

Celebrating feats

“Although I don’t consider myself highly successful yet, it’s rewarding when clients approach me after years of struggling to find the right treatments, only to find success with our Face Yoga and House of Beauty programs. Their positive feedback on their skin’s transformation and improved overall wellness is what drives me as an entrepreneur.”

Vibhuti’s most significant accomplishment to date has been the creation of Face Yoga, which has evolved into a global course. To date, she has personally certified over 500 teachers worldwide in her signature techniques and massage methods. The fact that her methods are being used by instructors across the globe is a testament to her achievement and success as an entrepreneur.

Reflecting on her entrepreneurial journey, Vibhuti recalls two particularly memorable experiences. The first was how House of Beauty was able to bring people together through social media during the pandemic. The second was her participation in an Instagram chat and promotional event with Smriti Irani, where they discussed Nari Se Kharidari, a program that empowers women in entrepreneurship. Additionally, the launch of her face yoga center continues to inspire her.

Future plans

Vibhuti’s future plans center on the expansion of their affordable skincare and clean beauty products, breaking borders and reaching people of all ages and backgrounds. Achieving this goal requires a commitment to innovation, hard work, and continuous feedback from customers. Vibhuti believes that starting at the grassroots level is essential to reaching the pinnacle of success, with their ultimate goal being to provide a skincare solution for everyone.
