30 under 30 nominee Sneha Sharma is the founder of And PR Agency, a boutique luxury marketing and communications firm.
With over nine years of hands-on experience across public relations, social media, brand development, website strategy, and performance marketing, Sneha has worked closely with brands at different stages of growth, which has shaped her understanding of what visibility really requires.
That expertise led her to build And PR Agency, a firm built to remove fragmentation from brand-building. Conceived as an integrated ecosystem, And PR Agency brings PR, social media, brand development, website development, and performance marketing under one roof. Each vertical is designed to work in sync and clarity.
In an exclusive chat with Entrepreneurs Today, she reveals,
“The inspiration came from seeing how many promising brands were being handled mechanically without depth, vision, or long-term thinking. I believed brands deserved more than just visibility; they deserved meaningful positioning. I started AND PR Agency guided by instinct and experience, taking on projects where I could truly shape a brand’s narrative from the ground up.”

“I overcame these by staying firm on my values, by choosing clients thoughtfully, building a tight-knit team, and never compromising on quality. Growth came organically through results, referrals, and consistency.”
Despite the challenges, Sneha says that success for her is all about impact. She believes that if a venture is impactful, it can build credibility and help connect with the right audience.
Sneha is also proud of the fact that she launched the brand from scratch, which earned celebrity attention early on. They have also executed high-impact influencer- and celebrity-led campaigns. AND PR Agency has also been successful in building distinct brand voices that translated into real business growth. She further adds,

“My biggest lesson has been that clarity of vision is everything. You don’t need anyone’s permission, perfect timing, or external validation to begin; you need belief in your vision and the courage to act on it.”
