Aman Nagpal is the Founder and CEO of Get Marketed, a company he has built from the ground up. Passionate about assisting small and medium-sized businesses in reaching their goals through effective marketing strategies, Aman drew inspiration from his humble family background, which aims to simplify the process of business growth. 

Get Marketed offers a customer-centric approach that prioritizes delivering results based on customer needs. Aman Nagpal was motivated by the need for digital transformation in the business world and the potential of the digital market. Witnessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on MSME businesses, he aimed to create a platform that could assist them during challenging times. Additionally, seeing his father’s IT hardware business struggling to adapt to changing market dynamics inspired him to intervene and find a solution. By combining his digital marketing knowledge with his father’s industry experience, Aman and his father collaborated to create a successful business model. Despite facing initial difficulties, their marketing campaigns produced positive results, fueling their confidence to expand their services and extend their support to other businesses.

However, it takes more than an idea or inspiration to keep up with the ever-changing market. Aman stays up to date with industry trends and advancements through various methods. One way is by regularly browsing through competitor pages, enabling him to identify new techniques and incorporate them into their operations. Additionally, Aman encourages his employees to stay current with the latest marketing trends and advancements and share their insights. By applying these insights to their marketing strategies, they are able to keep their clients ahead of the competition.

Rocky Road

One significant challenge Aman faced while building the business was resource management, especially during the transition to the status of a “profitable Marketing consultancy.” To overcome this challenge, they implemented robust backup plans for clients, financial management, operational efficiency, and resource allocation. Aman and his team also established a clear communication channel with clients to ensure their needs were met efficiently.

Speaking of the risks that come with the business, Anan says, “I believe risk management is a critical aspect of any business, and we take it very seriously due to the industry’s inherent volatility. Coming from a middle-class background in India, I have developed a mindset of having a backup plan in case of any unforeseen circumstances. To mitigate potential risks, we create backups for our clients and implement effective financial, operational, and resource management strategies. Additionally, we stay updated with the latest marketing trends and continuously analyze the market to identify and mitigate potential risks. Effective risk management is crucial for ensuring the long-term success of any business.”

Aman’s most inspiring moment was when he was working without a proper office and received an opportunity from KP Automobile, the biggest automobile name in Jaipur, to provide their marketing services. Shortly after, Gazal Mishra, a prominent figure in the fashion industry, reached out to him and they scheduled a meeting. Aman takes pride in maintaining a strong working relationship with both clients to this day. He recalls the struggle of assembling a talented and hardworking team to deliver exceptional results during that time. Aman describes this experience as one filled with unimaginable risks rather than using typical words like hard-working or determination. He anticipates that his future will be even more thrilling, with opportunities that involve taking calculated risks.

Work-life Balance

Aman maintains a healthy work-life balance by employing several strategies. He prioritizes tasks and sets realistic goals to effectively manage his time. When necessary, he delegates tasks to his team, allowing him to focus on critical responsibilities. Aman also understands the importance of taking breaks when needed to recharge and avoid burnout. He has a strong support system consisting of family, friends, and colleagues, which helps him manage his time and stay motivated. Additionally, Aman has developed the habit of working in different zones, staying aware of developments around him. He has made a pact with his family, allowing him uninterrupted work time, as they understand his dedication to building something significant.

Future Plans

The future plans for the company are to establish Get Marketed as a prominent name in the marketing industry. They aim to achieve this by prioritizing consistency and innovation, constantly refining their marketing strategies and services to cater to the changing needs of clients. With the ongoing revolution of Artificial Intelligence, Get Marketed has begun integrating AI tools into their daily task management.
