Three Falcons is a design-led gastropub in Notting Hill with stylish rooms, crafted cocktails, gourmet plates, music, sports, and a vibrant social energy.
On the other hand, The Knight of Notting Hill brings a different layer to the portfolio as London’s first Indian gastropub and boutique hotel, combining authentic cuisine with a warm, stylish setting shaped by history and character. Some of his other ventures include Meethi and Wok in the Clouds.
True Calling
Zora Singh shares that he was inspired by a long-standing interest in hospitality, food, and creating memorable experiences.
From an early age, he was drawn to luxury restaurants, hotels, and the way strong hospitality can bring people together. That interest pushed him to study the market closely, understand customer preferences, and build concepts that go beyond food alone. His focus has been on creating destination brands with strong identity, design, quality, and service, which led to ventures such as Three Falcons London, The Knight of Notting Hill London, Meethi, and Wok in the Clouds. He shares,
“I started my journey at a young age by closely understanding customer preferences, studying international hospitality concepts, and focusing on building unique identities for each brand. Step by step, I began developing restaurant and hospitality ventures across London and India, including concepts such as Three Falcons London, The Knight of Notting Hill London, Meethi, and Wok in the Clouds. For me, the business has never been only about food, it has always been about creating a complete lifestyle and hospitality experience with strong branding, quality, and long-term vision.”

Rocky Road
The journey has not been easy, and Chirag shares that one of the biggest challenges was building multiple hospitality concepts in highly competitive markets like London and India, where customer expectations are constantly changing, and competition is strong.
The harder part was creating brands that could stand out on their own rather than blend into the market. He explains,
“From operations and staffing to maintaining quality, consistency, and customer experience across different concepts, every stage required continuous learning and attention to detail.”
That meant managing operations, staffing, quality, consistency, and guest experience across different concepts while still keeping a clear identity for each one. Zora handled this by staying closely involved, focusing on branding and guest experience, and building strong teams that shared the same standards and long-term vision. He asserts,
“I also believe in adapting quickly to market trends, understanding customer preferences, and building strong teams that share the same standards and passion for hospitality. For me, every challenge became an opportunity to improve, innovate, and create stronger hospitality experiences across all our ventures.”
Celebrating Feats

For him, one of the biggest achievements has been managing international hospitality brands at the age of 22 and turning that into the foundation for a larger vision ahead. Zora adds,
“Our success is reflected in building brands that people recognize, trust, and connect with emotionally. Creating destination venues, maintaining high standards of service, and consistently delivering memorable experiences are some of the most important indicators of success for our businesses.”
Plans Ahead
Zora’s future plans focus on expanding its hospitality and lifestyle brands into international markets while maintaining high standards of luxury, quality, and customer experience.
The company aims to grow brands like Three Falcons London, Meethi, Wok in the Clouds, and The Knight of Nottinghill through new locations, innovative dining concepts, and experiential hospitality offerings.
Zora also plans to expand into the luxury hotel, restaurant, and lounge segment while strengthening its international and digital presence. Its focus is on building globally recognized brands with long-term value by investing in innovation, branding, operational excellence, and customer experience.
Mulling over what his next steps would be, he notes,
“To achieve this, I plan to continue investing in quality, innovation, branding, customer experience, and strong operational teams while staying adaptable to changing market trends and customer expectations. My goal is to build a hospitality ecosystem that represents modern luxury and experiential dining on an international level.”
Lessons Learned
Reflecting on his journey so far, Zora talks about one of the biggest lessons he has learned. He believes that consistency, patience, and long-term vision matter more than quick success, and that building a successful business in the hospitality industry requires continuous hard work, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing customer expectations and market trends.
Zora also emphasises on the fact that strong branding, excellent customer experience, and the right team are essential for long-term growth.
According to him, challenges and setbacks are part of every entrepreneurial journey and help in becoming a stronger leader and decision-maker. As he signs off, he leaves a note for bussing entrepreneurs. He highlights.
