1. Can you tell us about your innovative programs in robotics and STEM education, and how do they make a difference in the lives of young students?

There are several robotics competitions and programs that provide hands-on experience to students in STEM fields These programs make a difference in the lives of young students by providing them with opportunities to engage in hands-on learning experiences and develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. They also inspire students to pursue careers in STEM fields and promote diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. By equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the 21st-century workforce, these programs help to prepare them for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
Our programs such as Certified STEM educators training program helps in capacity building and thus is creating a wide network of teachers and STEM educators being a part of our network which will ultimately serve the students and fulfil the gap in education.

2. How do you ensure that your curriculum and teaching methods are up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and engineering?

We Incorporate Emerging Technologies. The curriculum is designed by our inhouse team to incorporate emerging technologies and engineering practices, such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotics. The teaching methods are structured in a way that allows students to experience these technologies through practical and hands-on learning.
We regularly do the Research and Analysis and review the curriculum and teaching methods to identify any areas that need improvement. We do this by collecting feedback from students, teachers, principals’ other stakeholders, and conducting research on the latest trends and best practices in technology and engineering education.
We are an innovation-based company and thus our core focus remains to introduce innovation in each of our business verticals and offerings through continued training for our employees across all levels.

3. With the increasing demand for skilled professionals in the field of robotics and automation, how do you envision STEMROBO Technologies Pvt. Ltd’s contribution to this industry?

STEMROBO contributes to the industry by providing training and education to teachers and K12 students. This involves workshops, courses, or training programs that cover topics such as STEM, coding, robotics, AI and ML , etc. Our Certified educators training program helps the educators to brush up their technical skills and thus enabling them to further create a breed of innovators and creators which will serve the nation.
STEMROBO being the pioneer in the K12 STEM based edtech space has already set benchmarks which are now being followed by other companies in the industry.

4. What is your strategy for growth and expansion in the next five years, and what are your goals for the company?

In the next 5 years the growth will be manyfold as STEM, Robotics, AR/VR is the future and even the government is becoming serious to create awareness which is adding in the need for these tools. STEMROBO being the leader in STEM domain in India will have a strong international reach with close to 20000 schools onboarded and operational. In the next 5 years STEMROBO will be having a team of more than 1000 employees across the globe and a wide network of around 5 lac educators and STEM teachers being part of our network in upcoming years.

5. How has this collaboration with Adani Foundation helped to promote STEM education and robotics in underprivileged communities, and what are your future plans for expanding this initiative?

This program is unique in a way that it provides training to students in remote areas wherein they are lacking even in the basic infra. Robotics is not just a fancy word but a way to solve real world problems. This program helped the students to understand the problems they face daily and to relate it well with subjects like science and maths and thus helping them to work on solving those problems through our approach – Project based learning. This was just a 1st phase of the project and we will be helping Adani foundation to expand it to different cities and stated as the current program already proved a success and a model for others.

6. How do you plan to stay ahead of the competition in the fast-evolving field of robotics and STEM education?

Continued innovation in the products and curriculum has been our forte. We strive to create a long-term impact in the K-12 schools and students across the globe. We will be introducing courses focused on design thinking and new curriculums by integrating science and maths with AI and also with AR and VR.
We have plans to launch project-based learning courses which will be aligned to UNSDG goals and help students to compete at the global levels. Educators STEM Training program will be the other flagship program which will be helping us create a network of STEM educators and thus building the entire ecosystem around that. These initiatives will keep us ahead of the other players present.

7. How does STEMROBO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. empower and motivate young students to enter the world of innovation and excel at it?

Our curriculum and training help the K-12 schools to be better equipped with 21st century skills. It not only helps to improve the overall academic performance of the students but also helps them to be a problem solver and creator for life.
Learning the concepts by the way of experiential learning helps them to be clearer on the core topics thus increasing their interests in the core subjects. Equipping them with STEM based DIY kits and curriculum at the early ages makes them a problem solver and creator at an early age.
Once they get into the world of STEM and start exploring the answers to their questions by themselves, this helps them gain confidence and thus motivates them to go beyond their comfort zone and outperform.
