Differentiation is key. For instance, there may be a hundred hotel brands in India, offering similar options. What sets you apart is what will keep your customers coming back to you, even in challenging times. So, before you start, assess if other players have a formula that works and consider what you would do differently. If you know how to differentiate, you have a strategic advantage.”
