With their revenue exceeding 250 crores  in 2023-24, the company boasts partnerships with renowned brands like AJio, Myntra, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Uninvest, Voovi, Lakmé, PVR, Shopperstop, Bluestone, WzairX, Probo, Sportsfedwin, and Rooter. Over the next five years, RTC AD-TECH aims to significantly increase its revenue, targeting a projected revenue surpassing 500 crores

Additionally, RTC AD-TECH collaborates with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and international digital asset management and crypto-tech companies, further solidifying its position in the market. Their expertise lies in leveraging celebrity endorsements, social media, and innovative marketing strategies to propel brands to new heights. 

With a team managing over 1,500 celebrities and a robust turnover, RTC AD-TECH continues to expand its reach, currently operating in seven countries worldwide.

Getting Started

Himanshu Raj’s inspiration to start RTC AD-TECH stemmed from a desire to create something impactful and satisfy clients’ needs. With a mindset for entrepreneurship dating back to college, he and his team sought to fill a gap in the market and establish themselves as leaders. 

Their focus on innovation and client satisfaction has propelled them to the forefront of their field, particularly in the gaming and fantasy markets, where they currently lead without significant competition.

Navigating Challenges

In the journey of building RTC AD-TECH over the past three years, Himanshu Raj and his team encountered several challenges typical of startup ventures. These included issues with delayed payments from clients, instances of fraud or scams, and the inevitable failures that come with experimentation and growth. 

Despite these obstacles, they remained resilient, tackling each challenge head-on and working diligently to find solutions. While the challenges were not insurmountable, they provided valuable learning experiences for the team as they navigated the complexities of entrepreneurship.

Himanshu Raj’s colleague, the Chairman and Director, has been honored as the Women Entrepreneur of the Year for both 2023 and 2021. In terms of partnerships and collaborations, RTC AD-TECH manages a roster of prominent celebrities like Elvish Yadav, Fukra Insaan, Kriti Sanon, Nora Fatehi, Tiger Shroff, Tanmay Bhatt, Ashish Chanchlani, Carry Minati, etc.
