“Hard work and consistency are the only two things that matter, but they must always come in with honesty and dignity.”
30 Under 30 nominee, Raveena Sharma, is the founder of White Puppies Realty and a young entrepreneur reshaping how India thinks about luxury second homes. With more than a decade in real estate, she has carved a rare niche working only with holiday homes, destination estates, farmhouses, and farmlands. Her work focuses on the intersection of lifestyle, investment, beauty, and purpose.
In just two and a half years, the firm has become a trusted adviser in a specialised market, offering end-to-end services from market research and pricing strategy to project design, marketing, and sales. The firm specialises in managed farmland and farmhouse concepts, designing stays that feel like private worlds rather than generic properties. As Raveena says,
“Our firm brings expertise, strategy, and creativity together to redefine the country’s holiday home landscape. From market research and pricing strategy to project design, development, marketing, and sales, we offer complete solutions tailored to the evolving luxury lifestyle segment. Our speciality lies in managed farmland and farmhouse concepts, creating one-of-a-kind experiences that combine nature, investment, and luxury.”
A Simple Conviction
Raveena fell in love with the second-home market and how it blends lifestyle with long-term value. She found joy in travelling to remote destinations, imagining what a place could become, and helping buyers find a space that truly fits their lives. The industry felt messy and informal, so she set out to bring honesty, structure, and creative thinking to the process. She says,
“I wanted to help people make informed choices, handhold them through the process, and connect them with unique, beautiful projects that genuinely reflect their aspirations.”
The journey began with a humble start and the dual vision and drive of Raveena and her co-founder. She shares,
“We don’t have competitors, and that’s not arrogance. It’s the reality of what we do. No one understands the buyer’s mindset in the second home segment the way I do, and that comes from years of deep exposure to this niche.”
Unlike other agencies, brokers, and IPCs, who diversify across leasing, commercial, residential, and farmland verticals, Raveena specialises only in luxury second homes. Not apartments, not commercial projects, not leasing. That focus grew from years of seeing how differently a second-home buyer thinks compared with someone buying a primary residence. Their motives are emotional as much as financial, and Raveena designs a process that honours both.
Her advantage is exposure and empathy. Years on the ground, visiting destinations and staying in properties, taught her the subtle signals buyers look for. She understands the small comforts that turn a house into a retreat and the long-term factors that make a property a wise investment. She adds,
“For those who question the difference, I’ve seen firsthand how even experienced residential sales professionals struggle in this market, while a fresh graduate trained under our system closes multiple deals a month. That’s the power of focus, understanding, and a process designed for a very specific kind of buyer.”
Pulling Through Challenges
Business is never a straight line. It’s a series of tests that reveal who you are and what you stand for. Raveena has had her share of challenges, some that shook her confidence and others that strengthened her resolve. But she learned that when your purpose is clear and your conduct is grounded in honesty, the road, no matter how uneven, eventually rewards you.
The biggest challenge was to deal with clients who trusted them for their expertise, leaned on them for advice, and then attempted to bypass them for a marginal saving.
“It’s disheartening, especially when you’ve invested so much time, energy, and care into every detail of a project and every conversation. That said, we’ve been fortunate to work with developers who are true professionals. People who value fairness, honour their commitments, and always ensure we’re compensated as promised.”
Raveena acknowledges that she is blessed with the right kind of partners and developers who are transparent, ethical, and deeply respectful of work. She further says,
“We’ve always been transparent from the beginning. We clearly communicate our fees, and if a client is uncomfortable, we decide together how best to proceed. Every sale matters to us, but so does every client, every relationship, and every small detail that builds trust along the way.”
Celebrating Milestones
For Raveena, success has never been just about numbers or sales, but about trust, loyalty, and the people who make the journey worthwhile. Her biggest achievement is building a team that believes in her vision as deeply as she does. In her own words,
“What makes me proud is that each member of my team has access to enough clients and opportunities to earn exceptional incentives, often surpassing those in far larger agencies.”
Still, Raveena has received numerous recognitions along the way, from being honoured with the Best Female Entrepreneur Award 2024 by Wondr Diamonds, to being invited on major podcast platforms, to earning the trust of incredible clients and developers who value integrity over convenience.
Another of Raveena’s milestones was brokering the sale of a ₹40 crore celebrity-owned holiday home in Goa. That deal did more than make headlines and also showcased her model of curation, discretion, and deep local knowledge.
A Bright Future
The future for Raveena is all about thoughtful expansion and creative evolution. White Puppies is growing steadily with a team of 15 members across sales and marketing.
The next phase is particularly exciting for Raveena, as they’re moving beyond sales into creating their own developments that are unique, purpose-driven projects in destinations that remain largely undiscovered.
The idea is to introduce people to places in India that few have explored, while crafting spaces that balance luxury, nature, and emotional connection. Lastly, she highlights,
“We want to reach places in India where no one has thought of going yet, bringing our vision of luxury second homes and meaningful living to entirely new landscapes. It’s about building not just homes, but experiences that redefine how people connect with nature, leisure, and investment.”
