How Rashmi Shrivastava Built Kikai Learn to Bridge the Digital Skills Gap

“It’s important to start, even if you are starting small. Do not wait for perfection, as clarity comes from actions.”

An engineer turned Entrepreneur of Impact, Rashmi Shrivastava has spent over a decade mastering digital strategy for Fortune brands while mentoring 1,500+ learners worldwide. By the age of 29, she had already founded three startups, Digital Media Hub, RS Consulting, and now Kikai Learn, marking a bold new chapter in her mission to bridge the gap between education and employability.

A multi-title pageant winner, including Mrs. India Digital Queen 2025. As a social initiative, Rashmi has also taught and mentored 450 students, reflecting her deep commitment to giving back.

With Kikai Learn’s official launch, she is pioneering an Ed-tech learning platform for digital marketing, AI learning, and mentorship that delivers hands-on projects, guaranteed internships, and job-ready skills, empowering students to thrive in the AI-powered future. Actively advancing UN SDG 5 & UN SDG 4 Gender Equality, and right to education, Rashmi continues to create lasting societal impact through skills-based upliftment and transformative digital education.

Getting Started

Rashmi Shrivastava’s inspiration for Kikai Learn grew out of her own challenges in marketing and mentorship. Early in her career, she navigated corporate boardrooms and entrepreneurship without a guide. She knew firsthand how transformative a mentor can be, so she launched a development boot camp during the pandemic to share that support with others.

Seeing a gap in structured, practical marketing education, despite her MBA from a tier‑one institute, she realised theory alone did not prepare graduates for real‑world demands.

Rashmi reveals,

“My early ventures taught me the importance of hands-on skills. During the pandemic, I launched a digital development boot camp, which focused heavily on applied learning, real-world projects, and on-the-job tasks. That idea evolved into Kikai Learn, especially with the growing demand for AI. I saw an urgent need to relaunch the platform that is more structured, scalable, and accessible. Kikai Learn believes that learning with AI means growing with the future. If you know how to use AI as a tool, it can actually elevate your career.”

About Kikai Learn

Started as a five‑student boot camp under RS Consulting, it has evolved into a full‑scale programme that equips learners with the skills and confidence to step into the marketplace ready to deliver.

Today, Kikai Learn offers a practical digital marketing program grounded in real‑world projects.  Experience the industry for real: real projects, real brands, live campaigns, and the chance to create your own digital brand and professional portfolio website rather than theory alone. Every student receives personalised mentorship from industry experts. These sessions help sharpen strategic thinking, refine creative briefs, and build confidence in client interactions.

At Kikai Learn, every learner knows exactly where to improve and how to apply new skills, matching each individual’s pace and strength.

By the end of their course, students step into roles where they can make an immediate impact with their internship placements. Kikai Learn also provides ongoing career support. From resume workshops to interview simulations and networking events, Rashmi ensures her community stays connected and continues to grow long after the program ends.

An Edge Over Competitors

Kikai Learn sets a new standard in marketing education by prioritising quality over quantity from the very start. Every applicant completes a personality, aptitude, and communication test so that their learning path matches their strengths and goals. Very few institutes demand such rigour before a student even begins.

Each of the modules comes with a live project under a real brand. By graduation, every learner has a portfolio website, hands‑on experience, and up to 12 industry‑recognised certificates, including Google and HubSpot. Completion rates top 95 percent because students see the value of every assignment.

On the technology front, from AI resume building to endless mock interview practice, Kikai Learn prepares you for success. Our QR-coded textbook keeps your learning quick, easy, and distraction-free.

Rashmi quotes,

“At Kikai Learn, every learner’s journey is treated as unique. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. We craft experiences that align with your goals, challenge your limits, and bring out your best. By the time you finish, you’ll have more than just knowledge; you’ll have a personal brand, a career direction, and the confidence to succeed anywhere.”

Navigating Troubles

Kikai Learn has faced three core challenges so far. At first, the team struggled with how to scale without losing the personalised mentorship that distinguished its early boot camps. As demand increased, Rashmi invested in a custom learning management system (LMS) and mobile app to preserve hands-on guidance for every learner.

As a woman entrepreneur in ed-tech, Rashmi faced her share of industry bias but instead of letting it hold her back, she transformed every doubt into drive. That determination became the force behind building her core dream team, made up predominantly of talented, trailblazing women

She adds,

The third major challenge we faced was transforming our boot camp into Kikai Learn, a platform that could scale effortlessly while preserving its quality and impact. We set out to design a curriculum relevant for 2025 and beyond, with AI at the heart of marketing education. It meant unlearning the old, embracing innovation, and rethinking every element from engaging content and industry projects to a powerful LMS and mobile app experience.”

However, the system now supports large-scale delivery without compromising on quality. Every learner receives mentorship, career guidance, confidence-building support, and access to a strong ecosystem. Building this robust infrastructure delayed the launch by two months.

Celebrating Feats

Rashmi Shrivastava’s journey is a testament to resilience, vision, and impact. During Kikai Learn’s pilot phase, she personally mentored over 200 students, equipping them with industry-ready skills and opening doors to real internship opportunities. Soon, she will mark another milestone with the release of her first textbook, a contribution set to shape marketing education far beyond her classroom.

Crowned Mrs India Digital Queen 2025, Rashmi has, by the age of 29, founded three ventures: Digital Media Hub, RS Consulting, and her current passion project, Kikai Learn. Her personal journey is equally inspiring. After a divorce at 27, she made mental health her priority, transforming her healing into a powerful confidence coaching module. Today, she stands as an entrepreneur, educator, and role model, proving that it’s possible to rebuild not just a career but an entire life with courage and purpose.

Plans Ahead

With the mobile app and interactive textbook set to launch before year-end, Rashmi has her sights on achieving annual revenues of three to six crore through paid cohorts. The future roadmap includes entrepreneur-focused programs, executive leadership training, and under-four-hour micro-courses tailored for busy professionals.

She’s also in talks with tier-one universities in India and abroad to elevate Kikai Learn into a recognised diploma.

As she puts it, ‘Some of my students from the Digital Development Bootcamp are now marketing heads, running their own agencies, and earning in lakhs, many from tier-2 cities. I take immense pride in that. Now, imagine if we could give them a diploma too. That would be a lifelong asset.’

In true Rashmi fashion, the vision isn’t just about teaching, it’s about creating legacies.
