“Being a great listener is essential before offering advice. It’s important to respond rather than react, and never judge a book by its cover, as quick judgments can be costly in today’s fast-paced world. Also, as someone I look up to as a role model, Shri Ratan Tata once said “If you want to walk fast, walk alone. But if you want to walk far, walk together.” I stand grateful for these  lessons from stalwarts like Mr. Tata.”
